A new year is full of possibilities. Here at Biltong and Bourbon, I’m grabbing the reigns with both hands and riding into a year of changes and growth. I hope ya’ll continue to come along for the ride.

2023 has been a heck of a year. From getting my visa approved to the Springbok Rugby Championship to learning astrophotography, it’s been wonderful. Two years in South Africa and life just gets better every single day. I can’t wait to see what 2024 brings.
